A bird keeps returning to our feeder that we can't identify. We're wondering if it's some sort of genetic variation. If you're a bird enthusiast and can enlighten us, we'd love to know what it is.
It looks basically the same as the other bird (sparrows?) so my guess would be that it is the same type of bird but with a genetic mutation in its coloring.

ReplyDelete"Certainly an interesting bird. I believe it is a partial albino Dark-eyed Junco."
